Delete your account
kaliba is an app by Zarro Labz AB. Here's how to delete your account and everything you've entered, with or without the app.
In the app
Open kaliba and go to Profile → Your data → Delete account. The deletion happens right away.
If you want to keep anything, export it first from the same place. After the deletion we no longer have it.
Without the app
If you can't get into the app, email support@kaliba.app from the address you sign in with and say you want your account deleted. We check that the account is yours, delete it and reply within one month.
What is deleted
Your account and sign-in, your plan, your food and training logs, weight and body measurements, photos, coach conversations and the consents you've given. A subscription bought on the web is cancelled.
What remains
What Link (Stripe) must keep for bookkeeping, they keep themselves.
Our database provider's restore window is 24 hours. After that the data is gone from there too.
If you emailed us, the email is kept for 24 months and a note of your request for three years, so we can show it was carried out.
